We are recruiting for a Digital Marketer for a permanent role for a manufacturing company based in the Smethwick area (excellent transport links as the company is very close to the train station).

Part-time or Full-time hours can be offered.  This would be a fully on-site role for the first 6 months, as you are becoming familiar with the company. After this, there would be the option of hybrid working.

This is a new and exciting role for the company, and would be a role in which the candidate would be able to implement their own ideas/approach. The job duties will be as follows:

• Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement with the target audience.
• Creating promotional material on social media in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
• You will play a crucial role in optimizing digital campaigns and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create compelling copywriting for various digital platforms.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize website performance and user experience.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.

Candidate Specification

• Proficiency in English for effective communication and content creation.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Digital Marketing is not essential, but would be advantageous.
