Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for the environmental sector? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company specializing in waste management services, based in Epping. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and drive business growth in a critical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Visit client sites, to analyse work carried out, requirements & quotes. 
• Onboard new customers, contracts, agreements,  set up etc.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of the waste management sector, in services such as flood response, septic tankering, drainage unblocking, and emergency waste disposal.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the environmental or waste management sector.
• Full UK driving license.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car
Hours: Monday - Friday 45 hrs
