Job Description:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism
• Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans and ECHPs
• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members
• Contribute to daily briefings and planning meetings
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that supports student development

Person Specification:

• Experience working with students with SEND, particularly Autism, is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support and engage students in creative learning activities
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers and staff
• Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the school's community and ongoing professional development
