As a UX designer you'll be integral part of both the Digital team and the wider commercial team.

You will be self-motivated, organised, accountable person. A creative machine, able to articulate your diverse and innovative ideas clearly.

A team player and can work collaboratively with other designers and project teams in brainstorming, UX research methodologies and building assets and components. A deep thinker who's willing to challenge conventions and think about better ways of getting the job done.

This role will suit a senior designer who has led digital transformation projects, has a strong understanding of information architecture, site mapping and user testing across multiple digital platforms and has experience communicating at a C suite level.

The skills we`re looking for:

  • Minimum 5-7 Years experience in designing for UI/Responsive Web/Native Apps.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a passion for designing for web and apps.
  • Experience with Design Systems/Design Libraries/Components
  • Strong experience in presenting Designs and communicating rationale to team and stakeholders.
  • Excellent proficiency in Figma especially with auto layouts
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes and running through flows with stakeholders, clients and vendors.
  • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is highly desirable
  • Strong experience in User Testing/prototyping/research methods.

Desirable skills:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Strong experience working with a cross collaboration teams
  • Experience working on large scale digital transformation projects
  • BA Degree in Design or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to write copy for the web if necessary.
  • Strong experience working with flowcharts, prototype testing, site mapping and I.A.
