What you will be doing

The role is responsible for supporting the RGC Operations Manager by collecting and updating management data, facilitating and coordinating RGC equipment deployments and supplies, managing customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of other day-to-day activities. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through adherence to Ricoh's processes and providing a white-glove service.

  • Collection of Management Data - collect and update management data in the RGC Deal Log to ensure the most current data is ready for use by senior management and business analysts.
  • RGC Equipment Deployments - facilitate and coordinate equipment deployments when RGC Equipment arrives at our 3PL (Third Party Logistics) Warehouse to ensure all necessary actions and resources are in place and cost control is maintained.
  • Goods in Transit Management – support the RGC Operations Manager with the GiT ‘Goods in Transit’ to ensure equipment arrives to the UK in line with delivery dates to prevent unnecessary warehouse and transit costs. Ensure goods are invoiced within the required timescales to meet financial targets.
  • Customer Relationship Support for CF Supplies - support customer relationships within the CF (Continuous Forms) Supplies remit. Update customers about stock arrival dates and any potential delays, to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • RGC Inbox Management - monitor and manage the RGC Email Inbox, escalating where necessary, to ensure queries are responded to in line with contractually-agreed timeframes.
  • Operational Coverage - provide cover for the RGC Operations Manager during their absence, handling light duties as required, to ensure that service levels are maintained.
