My client is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Architect looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact, to contribute to a portfolio of exciting and diverse projects, typically within the Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role: 

• Develop and present architectural designs that align with client requirements and site conditions.
• Manage projects through all phases, from initial consultation and planning to design, documentation, and construction oversight.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A passion for sustainable and innovative design.
