Are you an experienced customer service advisor looking for a new role? Look no further! Our world leading client based in Coleshill are seeking a customer service advisor to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.
 
Location: Coleshill
Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible between 8.00am – 5.00pm
Payrate: £11.54 - £12.63 depending on experience
 
Responsibilities:

• Communicating effectively with customers and business partners regarding orders, queries, and sales.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of products, services and systems.
• Taking a large volume of phone calls and emails from customers.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
• Providing administrative support to sales teams across all business lines.

 
Requirements:

• The ability to communicate clearly with clients and customers.
• A strong willingness to learn about the industry and company products.
• Previous customer service experience is essential for this role.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
