Are you passionate about wellbeing and ready to make a significant impact? We’re looking for a driven and disciplined Project Manager to join our innovative team.

Autonomous brand and product company with Intellectual Property for several renowned wellbeing and bodycare brands. As a key development hub within an internationally recognised group with a turnover exceeding £30 million, they operate across the UK, North America, Europe, and Australasia. Their diverse product range spans Skin Care, Hair Care, Bath & Body, Fine Fragrance, and Home Fragrance. With ambitious international growth plans, they invest heavily in product development to bring our vision to life.

The Role:

As the Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the product development process, working closely with Category Managers and collaborating with the NPD Team, packaging suppliers, compliance specialists, and formulators. You’ll also coordinate efforts with their sister companies to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to and processing development briefs from marketing teams.

- Coordinating all aspects of product development, from design to compliance.

- Generating and managing critical time paths.

- Ensuring the timely launch of all new products.

- Assisting in sourcing and costing new components.

- Raising new bills of materials (BOM) in collaboration with the Materials Team.

- Running NPD meetings and tracking action items across departments.

- Ensuring prototypes meet standards and are available as needed.

- Conducting post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment within the beauty and wellbeing industry is advantageous but not essential.

- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with external specialists.

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

- Familiarity with project management tools and technology.

- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
