Building Surveyor - A multidisciplinary practice, with a public sector focus!

A construction focused consultancy with a focus on the public sector, with a diverse team, are now seeking a Building Surveyor to join their London office.

This is an opportunity offering the right Building Surveyor a role with varied workload, continuous progression with an open-minded MD, who is always exploring new working avenues.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work with a portfolio of mixed clients, including free holders, developers, building mangers and public sector, on a range of building and property types.

Your role as the chosen Building Surveyor will be to carry out contract administration, as well as assisting on building safety works, using building pathology to diagnose and delivering projects.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in a similar role, who understands the Building Safety Act and can maintain client relationships, whilst seeking opportunity for new ones.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
