The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of an established cost management team, engaging in a wide range of projects across Commercial, Data Centre, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Retail clients and projects.

This role offers a varied workload, providing the Quantity Surveyor with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of project management, which is essential for advancing through the APC process and achieving MRICS status.

For those pursuing APC and Chartership, this consultancy offers an exceptional environment, complete with a robust internal APC program, extensive resources, and a strong first-time pass rate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Ideally MRICS but not a must
• Must have Quantity Surveying Consultancy Experience
• Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
• Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
• Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
