Role : Buddy Co-Ordinator
Location: Liverpool
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Part time, 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 3 days
Salary : £25,623 pro rata per annum
The Role:
P4 Recruitment are working together with a charity who aspires to be the leader in the delivery of knowledge and expertise to older people who come into contact with the criminal justice system who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as a Buddy Co-Ordinator.
About the role:
As an Buddy Co-Ordinator you will have the opportunity to co-ordinate training, supervision and management of the Buddy Support Worker programme. You will provide high quality, innovative, holistic, responsive support, advice and intervention to ensure the needs of those who have health and social care need are supported.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of developing and delivering training modules
- Great communication and organisation skills with a creative flare and a need to make a difference every day
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative
