Head Chef Pay: 40,000£ P/A

Head Chef Responsibilities:

• Contribute to business strategy discussions to maximise results.
• Ensure quality and profitability of food production.
• Conduct regular in-house audits for compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards.
• Conduct regular internal stock takes and monitor all stock, ordering, and procurement systems.
• Work with the General Manager and Directors to ensure high standards of food production and service.
• Order food items according to business levels, using only agreed suppliers.
• Produce dishes to agreed specifications and profitability.
