Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, and Speech, Language & Communication needs.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support strategies that enhance student learning and development.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support students in developing social and emotional skills.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably within a school setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
