Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their well-established independent Estate Agency based in Palmers Green, N13.

You will be well-presented and have a genuine interest in progressing your career as a sales estate agent. A local candidate with good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience as Sales Negotiator
• Excellent sales ability 
• High level of customer service skills 
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude 
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated 
• Knowledge of Palmers Green and surrounding areas helpful 
• Full Driving License essential and own car 
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
