Senior Project Manager - Cut & Carve / Refurbishment - £15m - £25m projects
Permanent - Package includes very competitive basic salary + travel paid

This highly respected 60-yr-old + refurbishment and fit-out contractor is a very much a true leader in its field. £145m + turnover of work across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Workplace, Retail, Leisure and Education) on projects ranging from £50,000 - £30m.
They have an opportunity for a senior project manager for central London work, and this particular position would appeal to someone from a competitor that carries out this line of works.
Cut & Carve Refurbishment, Retrofit and Fit-Out experience are essential, along with a proven track record of time spent with previous employers. Key Skills / Responsibilities:
·Project Management Pre-construction and tendering experience including developing and setting strategies
Ability to program and plan work (Asta Software)

·Business Development Relationship Management
