Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

A leading Building Services company currently have a key requirement for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join their team and carry out PPM 's Service and some Maintenance repairs on full Air conditioning plant, AHU's, FCU's, VRV, VRF, Splits on a portfolio of commercial buildings within South-east London.

As a Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: -

• Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be carrying out Service/Maintenance on Full Air Conditioning Systems and Air Conditioning plant
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will complete service/Maintenance on VRV and VRF
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be carrying out all PPM's and maintenance works
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will report any necessary repairs on investigation
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be working on 3 commercial sites within South-east London

Requirements for the Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer: -

• Foot mobile Air Conditioning engineer to have a valid F-Gas Cat 1 qualification
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning engineer will be required to have at least an NVQ Level 2 in Air conditioning and Refrigeration
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning engineer will be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
• Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be a genuine commutable distance to South-East London

Foot mobile Air Conditioning Engineer: - £40k- £45k + Holiday + Oyster card to travel between jobs + Overtime
