Are you a Project Manager looking for an exciting new start?
One of our key clients, who are a Principal Contractor are on the look out for an experienced Project Manager, who is strong at leading a project to from cradle to grave.
Our client are well known in the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and East Anglia area for delivering in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Sport and Leisure and MOD. Strong Commercial project experience would be something my client are looking for and expect you to run a tight ship while working well in the team.
Looking for:
- 5+ years experience.
- Organise, motivated and passionate about completely projects.
- Tier 1 Main contractor experience would be nice to have
- Commercial experience.
- Willing to work closely with a team and share ideas.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Team leader and a problem solver.
- In charge of Health & Safety.
- Control of the project.
- IT literate.
- Scheduling and procurement of materials on site.
