Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on mechanical training to students with a variety of learning needs.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit individual student abilities and learning styles.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to integrate vocational training with the overall curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanics, with relevant qualifications or certifications.
  • Experience working within an SEN environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse needs.and reliable
