Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Designer with a background in a Interior/Fit-out industry on a short term Permanent basis, to be located in Cumbria.

• High level of employee focus, business pragmatism and understanding
• Team player who knows how to build and sustain relationships
• Design Qualification - NVQ, HNC, HND, BSc, etc.

Additional Qualifications are desirable:

• Experience in a high regulated industry.
• Additional relevant skills and qualifications in any technical area.
• Holds chartership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the senior team lead in the implementation of the clients requirements and objectives.
• Producing structural drawings and 3D models using PDMS, PDMS Draft and AutoCAD software packages.
• Assist with closing out of design change proposals.
• Review and assess customer needs
• Engage with clients to understand technical needs and develop successful working relationships.
