We are looking for an experienced to join a team based across Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for running residential roofing projects across Plymouth. These projects include both Planned and Reactive maintenance for social housing contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Carry Out all Site Supervisor Duties
- Liaise with clients and higher ups.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers as required.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Proven experience as a Site Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
