RECfinancial are currently recruiting exclusively for this Northampton based Insolvency Practice as they look to recruit a Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis, If you have a fascination with numbers, problem solving and wanting to see how businesses operate, this could be the opportunity for you.

Our client offers specialist advice to businesses and individuals who require financial advice and assistance. They deal with a complete spread of clients across a variety of industries so you'll never get bored.
Your role will see you immersed in the heart of the business, working closely under the supervision of the Managers, assisting with their portfolio of clients.

Your role as the Senior Insolvency Administrator will involve the following;


  • Assisting Managers on corporate advisory assignments for the stakeholders of under-performing corporations.

  • Working closely with Directors, Clients and Employees, identifying and discussing with manager issues/problems and agree and complete appropriate actions.

  • Preparing files for meetings and paperwork on both solvent, insolvent and bankrupt clients.

  • Working closely with creditors on claims and issues.

  • Annual, periodic reviews and reports

  • Chasing debtors' response.

  • Assisting with the preparation of individual voluntary arrangements, company voluntary arrangement proposals, creditors and reports



Who do we want as a Senior Insolvency Practitioner?


  • GCSE Maths & English C and above is essential

  • AAT/ATT Studier ideal but not essential

  • Finance/Economics degree or similar but not essential

  • To have a good understanding of the commercial factors affecting the client and to be able to monitor the commercial effectiveness of work completed.

  • A desire to learn and grow, working as a team with the other staff,

  • An inquisitive mind and manner, knowledge to resolve technical issues and organisation to resolve client demands.

  • Good systems skills
