Must Rotating weekly: mornings, afternoons & nights

Hours: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

Pay: £11.44-£12.44 depending on shift (increasing after 12 weeks)

Highly successful Manchester based bakery is continue growing and looking for passionate & committed production operatives to join their team. With over 19 years experiences became a favourite brand of locals in the North West England area and all breads and rolls are handmade and based on authentic Polish recipes.

The company provides full training and offers permanent position after 12 weeks.

Your main responsibilities would be:Production of bakery goods according to specification ensuring correct quality and product safety,

  • Completing all work to the highest quality standards
  • Operating in a safe and correct manner at all times
  • Following GMP and personal hygiene rules outlined by company
  • Maintaining professionalism in line with the company values and behaviours
  • Follow operating procedures relevant for tasks carried out
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as directed by supervisor/manager
  • Utilizes continuous improvement techniques and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes

The Candidate:

  • Previous food manufacturing/ food production experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive, flexible attitude
  • Working within a team as well as independently
  • Be punctual and reliable
