Do you have strong knowledge in successful presales delivery, including technical, resourcing & commercial specification of major projects across cyber security and the enterprise technology stack, alongside proven delivery skills?

Here at ARM we are recruiting for a full time permanent Pre-sales Principle Consultant for a global IT services & consultancy client of ours.

Overview:
Leveraging deep technical services experience as well as in-depth knowledge of market demands, the Principal Consultant (PC), supports the definition of our Services offerings and partners with sales, delivery and clients to drive delivery procedures and support Bell Integration's ability to achieve booking and revenue targets.

The PC is recognised as a thought leader and mentor to the customer as well as the internal team. The PC is responsible for the high-quality delivery of Consultancy to deliver proposals and statements of work on behalf of us to the customer and works with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure commercial and technical governance within the sales process while meeting client objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:
* Creation of document agreements and Statement of Works. Able to manage client relationships and build consensus and trust in our delivery. Coach others on client agenda and customer ownership.
* Support multiple engagements with multiple customers and lines of business.
* Present our consultancy and managed service proposition to customers demonstrating experience and understanding
* Support proposition development through technical and commercial content
* Provide subject matter expertise; with customer projects and technical mentoring with the delivery team
* Support sales related financial goals.
* Ensure proposals and statements of work follow internal governance to ensure operations acceptance for delivery
* Articulate the value of our services to solve customer problems.
* Consulting Craft: Demonstrate proficiency within areas of subject matter expertise, written/verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, interviewing, and delivery.

Serve effectively in:
* Identify efficiencies and anticipate/resolve potential problems within solutions, working with internal delivery and the customer. Design, perform and oversee key areas of analysis and technical decision-making. Guide overall technical/functional approach.
* Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Engagement Partners and project teams to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Serves as a role model for others to follow. Able to take and deliver against expectations of lead project roles. Leads/drives efforts to mentor or train others.

Experience:
* Successful presales delivery, including technical, resourcing and commercial specification of major projects across cyber security and the enterprise technology stack.
* Proven delivery skills.
* Strong design capabilities (medium to large engagements) - Understanding of Technical Design Authority as well as project governance and managed service (ITIL) methodologies.
* Ownership of presales engagement.
* Demonstrable commercial awareness.
* Strong understanding of markets, opportunities & competitors, as well as business issues & challenges.
* Strong written & verbal communication skills - ability to deliver effective & persuasive presentations to our customers and employees.
* Excellent consulting & interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence & gain consensus.
* Structured problem solving & analytical skills.
* Collaborative working style encompassing all delivery disciplines.
* Able to lead real & virtual teams to reach one common end goal.
* Provide technical mentoring.

General Skills & Experience:
* Experienced professional services/technical consultant to deliver presales engagement.
* Proven experience as a successful presales consultant with customer relationship management, technical pre-/post-sales experience, managed service design & delivery, and exposure to people management.
* Expertise in the creation of solutions that provide Security, automation and AI driven operations to customers.
* Strong knowledge of Public and Private Cloud platforms including AWS & MS Azure, migration + transformation methodologies & managed services.
* Demonstrable technical design ability.
* Knowledge / experience of infrastructure based solutions.
* Demonstrable ability to work as a consultant to CIO/IT Director level.
* Manage workshop environments, taking ownership & leading all aspects of workshop facilitation.
* Interface with internal Project & Delivery services as well as client's IT staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Demonstrable ability to provide robust & clear feedback to customers.

Qualifications-
* Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience.
* Enterprise level certifications such as CCISP/CCSP, Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Cisco, Dell, AWS. GCP etc.
* Commercial awareness - ability to commercialise technical projects & services.

Demonstrable experience in some or all of the following core technology components-
