Based in Ipswich, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We're seeking a talented Graduate Civil and Structural Engineer to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in domestic and commercial projects.

To be considered for this Graduate Structural Engineering role, it is essential for candidate to have the following:

  • A Master's degree in Structural or Civil engineering;
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Desire to work towards a chartership
  • Knowledge of Autocad plus any modelling software is advantageous eg TEDDS, AutoCAD, Masterseries etc.

Duties and responsibilities for this Graduate Structural Engineer include:

  • Evaluating and understanding project requirements;
  • Preparation of reports and documents
  • Agreeing specifications and timescales with clients;
  • Produce plans and design calculations to support planning applications
