Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Day to day management of a live pool of candidates
• Source and register new candidates and compliance checks.
• Manage candidates’ availability, holiday cover week by week.
• Build strong relationship with both clients and candidates.
• Understand the legal demands of working within the industrial sector.
• New business development - Telephone and face-to-face in order to generate new clients.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with different levels of people, from candidates, up to site management.
• High level of attention to detail
• Great people management skills
• Work under your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team
• Time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
• Driving licence
• Sale experience
