PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE BEEN A USER OF FREIGHT FORWARDING SEQUOIA SOFTWARE - You will be trouble shooting Sequoia software issues for clients who call in for advice and solutions.
The Technical Support Specialist will have the following skills/background -
Experience of inputting Import & Export entries preferably using Sequoia.
Be able to deal with customs clearance processes for import/export and any other issues that may arrise.
Good general IT knowledge.
Freight Forwarding ops knowledge.
Patient with excellentcustomer service skills/ commercial awareness.
Excellent problem solver and team player.
Document and Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions.
Confident and able to communicate clearly.
Liase with 3rd parties by telephone and email.
Hybrid working is offered.
Please note that this role requires shift patterns that reward financially on top of and additional to the basic starting salary.
