Stafford Lawrence Ltd are recruiting for an MRICS Cost Consultant job vacancy for a local consultancy organisation for their offices in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The client would like this candidate to have strong Risk Management experience. Please document this in your CV.

Role Requirements Dubai MRICS QS
- Status : MRICS Chartered Status.
- Qualifications: A Degree Qualification in QUANTITY SURVEYING from a recognised British University.
- Experience: 5-10 years experience Post Degree ( this must be full time work experience, do not include any part time work whilst at University).
- Preference for some Middle East or Overseas Experience, although our client will consider candidates without this experience if they have extensive Risk Management experience.
- Candidates should have excellent experience of Risk Management as a Quantity Surveyor, this is essential for this job vacancy, please detail this experience in your CV.
- Candidates MUST show the majority of their work experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation.
- Projects Exp: Experience of some of the following –Luxury High Rise Residential, Airports, Tunnels Roads or Utility Buildings, Industrial.
- Preference for Single Status candidates
Salary & Benefits

- In addition, Medical insurance is provided on top of the package
