I am looking for an ACA trained high-flying Finance Leader who is looking for the next step in their career - within a business that is going to be undertaking a significant period of growth. This is a business that sits across multiple sectors, with elements of retail, distribution and manufacturing. Already a business with a profitable balance sheet, the board of Directors are now determined to embark on an aggressive growth plan aimed at improving profitability whilst driving forward enhanced revenue from existing and new income streams.

To help facilitate that growth, the CFO is looking for a new Group Financial Controller to add real value into the finance function. The role will control the team and the function - directing an already strong team to improved efficiencies and performances, an integral task so that the function can manage the challenges that will come with the growth of the business.

This role will manage multiple functions and business partner with senior stakeholders internally and externally. This person will lead the audit as well as key negotiations with external parties. This is role that will have a clear path upwards for multiple progression opportunities on a variety of paths.

We are looking for an ACA trained finance leader who has already ideally had a move into industry. Previous experience within one of the listed sectors is not necessarily important, but you must be experienced working within a fast-paced environment. There is a team culture within the function, and hybrid working is encouraged - and the role comes with an excellent package.
