Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Placements
CSS Recruitment & Training are seeking an experience Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction division who specialise in permanent placements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and growing your client base to assist in the success of the division.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Sourcing & building relationships with candidates in the marketplace
Achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets
Strengths & Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated & able to work on own initiative.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management with a flexible approach to work
Ability to liaise with management of all levels.
Reliability and a committed approach to work
Customer service driven.
Experience & Requirements
Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in Building Services or construction recruitment.
Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Full driving license.
Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience, with an attractive commission scheme.
