About the Role

As the Head of Security Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in corporate sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing corporate sales team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving the acquisition and retention of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to track performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in a security guarding sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the security guarding industry
  • Account Management/New Business Sales to Large Corporate Accounts in the security guarding sector
