We're looking for an Operational Impacts and Community Engagement Lead to drive community engagement on key operational impacts like noise and airspace changes. The Operational Impacts and Community Engagement Lead will:

• Lead the engagement team and manage strategies and budget for local stakeholder relations on noise, air quality, and airspace.
• Oversee the Heathrow Noise and Airspace Community Forum (NACF) and manage relationships with the Independent Chair.
• Ensure accurate and consistent messaging on operational impacts and manage the noise complaints helpdesk.
• Develop and execute the communication strategy for the Noise Insulation Scheme.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and forums.

The Operational Impacts and Community Engagement Lead will have:

• Experience in managing communications strategies for complex issues.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Experience advising senior management.
• Relevant degree or qualification in a related field is a plus.
