Are you a qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with commercial experience? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training?

My client is a facilities management organisation, who are seeking an experienced multi-skilled engineer with a bias in electrical and mechanical engineering within a commercial setting; carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within an existing Facilities Management.

This is a full time and permanent opportunity covering Leeds with travel to Manchester.

• Competitive salary up to £50,000
• Monday to friday, core hours
• On call rota

Main duties will include:

• Responding to and complete the planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time
• Complete all work related documents in a timely manner
• Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
• Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
• Happy to work on a rotaional shift pattern
• Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in either Mechanical or electrical
• 18th edition qualified(Desirable)
• IPAF/PASMA (Desirable)
• Full clean, UK driving licence
• Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
