Asbestos Surveyor Analyst - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

£38,000 - £42,000 including a full benefits package and a promise of progression

My client is a multi-disciplinary organisation which specialise in asbestos in and around the South and Southeast. They deal with a mixture of sites, for example, MOD's, Banks, Social Housing, Cinemas and even currently working at Downing Street!!

Requirements:

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications are mandatory for all candidates.
• Demonstrated industry expertise in asbestos surveying and air monitoring.
• The more experience is always better but my client is open to guiding and growing the skills you already have to fit the role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management.
• Thorough knowledge of UK asbestos legislation.
• Competent in IT skills and experience with TEAMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess asbestos removal, detect debris, and ensure continuous compliance with HSG 247 clearance tests.
• Manage specific client accounts and communicate effectively with clients and line managers for site operations.
• Process samples promptly and generate timely final reports.
• Proactively engage in professional development through monthly toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
• Aid in the training of less experienced team members.
