About the Role
As a Home Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the home, managing with a high degree of autonomy. Leading by example, you will drive your team and push for continuous improvement daily.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing quality initiatives and improvements
• Leading and managing the team
• Overseeing recruitment and colleague development
• Managing referrals and occupancy
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data
• Managing finances
• Building customer relationships and marketing the home to ensure business sustainability and success

About You
You are someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. 

You must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.

As a leader, you should have a minimum of three years of management experience, ideally in a complex care setting. This role is also suitable for experienced Deputy Managers seeking the next step in their career.

You will possess:
• A first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
• A thorough understanding of nursing care best practices, sector-specific and employer legislation, and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals
• The ability to inspire, lead, and manage a team
• Strong time management skills, capable of managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines
• A comprehensive range of clinical, business, digital, and operational skills
