Job Title: Technical Apprentice
Pay: £13,520 per annum
Duration: 18-Month Apprenticeship with a pathway to a full-time role after completion
Hours:Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Rotherham

Program Overview:
Step into the tech world with our Level 3 IT Solutions Technician program! You'll get hands-on training through virtual learning sessions, plus support from expert trainers and one-on-one coaching. With our learning platform "Aptem" and IT Vendor training, you'll gain the skills you need to succeed in your career.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep IT systems running smoothly, including hardware, software, networks, and data storage.
- Be the go-to person for first-line support, helping customers with any tech issues they face.
- Get involved in warehouse tasks like stock management, hardware handling, and inventory.
- Use cool tech tools to automate and manage infrastructure, from setup to monitoring.
- Stay on top of system support tasks and make sure everything's performing at its best.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Maths & English GCSE at Grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Solid communication skills.
- A genuine passion for IT and technology.
- Driven, professional, and eager to learn.
