We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can work as part of a dynamic team to support a resident with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an individuals who has learning difficulties and autism and mental health. You will play a crucial role in delivering personalised support and ensuring resident safety and comfort. You will work closely with them to provide personalised care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support. Your goal will be to enhance their quality of life and promote their independence.
