I'm currently looking for an Interim Affordable Housing Specialist for a Local Authority in the North West.
The client have a large waiting list for affordable housing, so need a specialist to hit the ground running to assess their current planning processes framework. Strong communication skills are required, as you will act as brokerage between the registered providers and the regular developers.
An understanding of planning processes and local authority experience is necessary.
Hybrid working, 8 month initial. Interviews over the next couple of weeks and starting ASAP.
