Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Wallstone Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This is a dynamic position that focuses on both business development and candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering top-tier candidates who align with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Candidate Sourcing:

  • Proactively source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement.

• Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment.
