- Communicating effectively with drivers using hand signals or radio communication.
- Assisting in the safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Coordinating with the site team to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Building strong relationships with drivers and site personnel to enhance communication.

Requirements:
- Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely.
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with drivers and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and drivers.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and guide vehicles in various weather conditions.
