Payment and Compliance Administrator

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a dedicated Payment and Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Payment and Compliance Administrator, you will provide crucial administration support to the payments and banking team. Working closely with the Payments and Banking Compliance Manager, internal departments, external payment providers, and banks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information within our client's internal systems. Your main responsibilities will include on-boarding new payment service providers and banks, delivering accurate compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) responses to banking and payment service providers, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate departmental information and documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced office environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and multitask in response to changing work demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, is required. Additionally, excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are highly valued.
