Contracts Manager Opportunity - Central Belt of Scotland

First People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company for a Contracts Manager to oversee various housing and commercial projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Contracts Manager
  • Location: Central Belt of Scotland
  • Project Value: £5m - £18m

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Oversee programme planning, procurement, and material reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, commercial policies, and HSE standards.
  • Lead site management teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Chair internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and accurate record-keeping.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience managing £5m - £18m projects
  • Proficiency in ASTA/Power Project Software.
  • Strong commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of building and HSE legislation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid UK driving license, SMSTS training, and CSCS card.
