We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a growing and thriving property business based in Scarborough.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team, driving measurable results, and fostering strong working relationships across the organisation.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing and leading teams. This individual must excel in collaborative leadership, possess a keen attention to detail, and have the expertise to ensure that every campaign is meticulously tested, measured, and optimised for success.

Some of the Marketing Manager responsibilities will be:

  • Leading our strategy to focus on what works best and eliminating what doesn’t.
  • Overseeing relationships and collaborating with our external agencies to achieve impactful results on Facebook, YouTube, and in crafting new content for our database invitations.
  • Continuously researching industry trends to identify successful strategies, analysing the details behind their success, and replicating them with accuracy.
  • Guiding the marketing team to meet their objectives for acquiring new clients and driving event registrations.
  • Creatively segmenting the database and tailoring marketing efforts based on the specific backgrounds and preferences of each segment.
  • Taking ownership of the P&L for the team’s targets, goals, and growth as part of the management team.
This will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
