Are you an Architectural Technician who is proficient in Revit and NBS, looking for an autonomous and senior role within a young and growing company that offer on the job training, generous company benefits adn the opportunity to be a key part in the shaping the company's future?

This young and ambitious company are Architectural Design and Planning firm that take a unique approach to sustainable, safe and cost effective planning for clients across the UK, and are looking to take on an Architectural Technician to be a key player in the development of the business.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be working on a range of residential and commercial projects within a local patch, as well as occasional projects as far as London. You will demonstrate your ability to create detailed building designs using Revit, meeting clients, undertaking site surveys and many more aspects of the project lifecycle. You will be working 9 - 5:30, with a 3 o'clock finish on Fridays.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician who is proficient in Revit and MBS, looking for a key role in a growing company with the opportunity to be a key player in the growth and development of the company.

The Role:

• Creating detailed designs in Revit and NBS based on client specifications
• Client and sub-contractor liaison
• Requesting planning applications and writing detailed reports
• Regular site visits to undertake site surveys

• Architectural Technician who is proficient in Revit and NBS
• Wants to be a key part of a growing company
• Commutable to Manchester
