They are a medium sized, multi discipline Main Contractor who have grown and established themselves as a go to name, in and around London. They undertake a variety of projects including Residential, Education, Fit Out and more. Project values vary from small, fast track commercial fitout through to 10s of millions on new build. The business has a strong, experienced management team and a pipeline that gives confidence for the future. The business is still growing, which opens opportunities for people to progress and develop, making a move to this business a career choice.

The Role:

You will be joining a strong, established Commercial Lead on a 200+ unit plus residential scheme. This is low-rise RC Frame with the project already in motion. You will undertake a variety of commercial duties, including procurement, package management, CVR’s and more. You will be learning from professionals who have a modern approach and who want a team effort to get results.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

• Vast experience working for a Main Contractor as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor as a minimum.
• Experience managing packages.
• A desire to learn and progress
• A strong and stable CV, showing longevity in positions and with employers. This is not a freelance role.

It is desirable to have:

• Worked on Residential projects
• Further related education, such as a Quantity Surveying degree
