Field Service Engineer

Regional Coverage – North East

£40,000 - £48,000k base + Company Van + Significant Overtime (OTE in excess of £65k+)

Jackson Hogg is supporting a well know service and equipment supply and manufacturer in the region as they expand their service team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be working closely with clients and end users to ensure equipment is regularly serviced, maintained and all the documentation is in order.

This is a diverse and varied role with a large remit to support customers quickly and efficiently with a first-time fix mentality. You will be responsible for:

• Site service, repairs and breakdowns
• General maintenance work, annual services, tune ups and troubleshooting
• Ensuring all paperwork, documentation and safety/quality parameters are fulfilled
• Play an active part across all relevant departments such as Engineering, EHS and Quality
• Provide expert technical support and advice to clients both on site and remotely

This is a varied role where no two days are truly the same. Candidates must have an electrical background but those with a strong Electromechanical and/or Field Service background and real-world exposure to both mechanical and electrical service is acceptable. Candidates must be time served and have a valid and Full UK Driving License.
