The Role: Trade Counter Sales
The Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 / Mon-Fri / (No weekends)
Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 plus bonus
My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their growing company based in Chandlers Ford. We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join the clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and customer relationship management.
Job role
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Candidate requirement
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritising, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Familiarity with industry
