Monday to Sunday (days to be discussed)
10am – 9.30pm
Pay rate to be confirmed
Available to start Monday 19th August 2024.
Our client is a leading holiday park in need of an experienced Head Chef to join their team.
They're looking for a culinary expert who will oversee the operations and staff of the restaurant and other dining facility’s kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a kitchen’s budget
- Assigning tasks to other chefs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing menu development
- Overseeing food preparation
- Checking and approving dishes before serving
- Ensuring safe and healthy cooking procedures.
- Over seeing all hygiene regulations are being followed.
- To ensure health and safety procedures are implanted and followed by all.
- Creating and making beautiful looking and tasting dishes for all.
Key Requirements:
- Available to start straight away.
- Understand that it is a temp position – this can go perm but we can’t promise this.
- Read and interpret food orders and ensure they go out in a timely manner and cooked to a high standard.
