Key Responsibilities:
Fabric Maintenance and void repairs to residential buildings across the Fareham area. Work streams consist of void work as well as Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet room upgrades for tenanted properties.
- Fit & Fix Mortice Latch and Lock set
- Door Hanging, Door Lining and Rebated frame work
- All aspects of kitchen installation
Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry
- Competent in 2 other trades
- 2 – 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
