GLUING OPERATOR - CARTONS

SHIFT OPTIONS: Double Day Shift OR Continental Shifts - 3 x 12-hour shifts per week on a 4-week rotating basis
Our client is a carton manufacturer based in West Yorkshire currently looking for Gluing Operators to join their packaging manufacturing site to work on a Continental Shift or Double Day Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the setting and running BOBST Gluing Machines
- Ensure the producing and reviewing products against the prescribed quality standards/specification supplied
- Accountable for maintenance and general housekeeping of the equipment
- Responsible for the effectively running the Gluing machines, identifying and reporting any necessary maintenance faults and ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Ensuring you are meeting the production targets as set by the Production Manager and complete all the relevant company paperwork
Requirements:
- Experience within Gluing is essential
- Ability to deal with high end added value packaging and to work well in a team of production operatives
- Conscientious and enthusiastic manner with a can-do approach
- Enjoy working as part of a close team, are passionate about what they do and who strive to make a difference
