Finishing Manager
Long term opportunity for a Finishing Manager on an new build school project for 3 months.
Initially will be managing the finishing process including snagging and de snagging.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- -H&S Management
- -Review and approve RAMS
- -Hold daily briefing with Internal Subs supervisors & record
- -Snagging/De-Snagging
- -Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
- -Issue non-compliance /improvement notices
- -Attend Safety Audits & Planning meetings and close out any actions
- -Progress/Programme
The contractor are a well respected main contractor who work in all sectors, the education part of the business is really expanding and they're in need of Finishing Managers with school experience.
We are paying between £270-300 a day for the right candidate.
